Ferme du Chauchix - Chauchix Farm

Michel, Evelyne and their children welcome you to their farm, where you can see and feel a wide variety of farm animals, including many breeds of ornamental poultry.

Botrai Educational farm in St Trimoël

Come and discover a real farm (fowl, pigs, calves) and a large petting zoo with more than 20 different species.  The park is secured and offers a picnic area as well as carriage rides in the countryside. 


Open from Easter to November 1st.  Group visits (schools, day camps, physically challenged) available every day by appointment; individuals from Tuesday to Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 pm.

Le Glen de Folies - Automated Objects Museum

A charming village of automated objects and music boxes.  These unique objects move together with a dash of humour, making this visit an enchanting activity for the entire family.  A unique and magical site, not to be missed.  

Useful Information :
Open on Sundays and National Holidays from Easter to November 1st, daily during school holidays, from 2:00 to 6:00.

Au pays des 1000 mares - Land of 1000 ponds

Part of the Natura 2000 network, the Moors of La Poterie biotope offers a wonderful educational outdoor activity .  The "Au Pays des 1000 Mares" booklet (available in French only) explains the history and ecosystem of this unique site, designed through time by the potters themselves.  

The booklet is available at the Tourist Office for 2.30 € (+ shipping if applicable).
